YAY HELEN HENLEY! Helen Henley, a technology support technician at Short Pump Middle School, is today's Yay of the Day honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently at Short Pump!

YAYWORTHY:

Nominator Andrea Liverman said,

"She is always ready and willing to troubleshoot issues. If she doesn't know the answer, she keeps digging until she finds it and keeps us in the loop the entire time.

"I have a brand new Promethean board which is giving me a fit. Helen has been available to come by my room on a moment's notice. One day, she called me several times to keep me updated on the progress being made. I have been frustrated with myself for not knowing how to manage the new board and Helen has been so patient and calm and made me feel better about not knowing the answer."

Thank you for all you do, Helen, to make a positive difference and move HCPS forward!
