YAY PAUL DUTY! Paul Duty, maintenance supervisor at Short Pump Middle School, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored him recently at Short Pump.

His nominator said,
"Paul Duty deserves the ‘Yay of the Day’ because his actions consistently create a culture of inclusion and belonging for all students."
"A specific example of his positive impact is when he intentionally included an exceptional education student by making sure the student had his own Department of Facilities t-shirt so he could fully participate and feel like 'one of the guys.' And there are many more examples of his willingness to be inclusive."
