YAY TAEYA BREEN! Taeya Breen, a first grade teacher at Lakeside Elementary, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently. 🌟

"She has made my daughter’s first grade year amazing and has gone above and beyond from the beginning. As a first time teacher she has truly made a lasting impact in our elementary experience and daughter's education.
"She chooses students to stay in the classroom and eat lunch with her; a true highlight for my daughter. It’s special as I don’t hear teachers taking this time with their students too often these days."
