YAY BRENDA BEATTIE! Brenda Beattie, a procurement assistant with General Services in Central Office, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently.

Deep Run principal Brian Fellows said,
"She is, in one word, AMAZING! She is one of the most responsive and organized people with whom I have worked. Brenda is able to manage the ordering of budget items for more than 70 schools each summer and throughout the school year flawlessly.
"Literally every time she assists Deep Run with purchasing items. She is always in a problem solving mode while being pleasant and clear with communication. We ask a lot of Brenda and we are very appreciative of her."
