Family Resource Center

School’s officially out for summer, but Henrico County Public Schools is hitting the road once again to join in the fun with students and families across Henrico! Beginning Tuesday, June 10, the HCPS Division of Family and Community Engagement is embarking on its next FACE Summer Tour, which will bring community-building festivities and valuable summer resources to a dozen Henrico County neighborhoods.

The FACE Summer Tour will connect students and their families to important resources while school is out, keep them engaged with their communities and get them up ready and excited for the 2025-26 school year, all while providing some quality fun in the sun.

Each stop will include music, lawn games, free books and giveaways, fun onboard the HCPS Mobile Resource Center, STEM activities, giveaways and invaluable resources to support students in school and their families at home. Also joining the summer-long celebrations will be staff members from local schools, interpreters, local partners and the new Mobile Resource Center, which was officially unveiled in September.
