Jameson, the reigning Class 5 state champion in the 200 meters, talks about what led to her commitment to Temple and how her studies and experience with mindfulness come into play for herself and other student athletes. Jameson and Sirica also shed light on the work track athletes put in behind the scenes and look ahead to the final stretch of their spring season.
