This year the Summer Help Desk will operate from Hermitage High School and the Oak Avenue Complex Monday – Thursday from 1 PM – 4:45 PM beginning Monday, June 15th thru Thursday, July 16th. 

PM hours offer the best opportunity for a support window to assist elementary and secondary students and staff.

• We will have iPads, Chromebooks and laptops available for quick replacement repairs as needed.

• Prior to June 15th, students and staff should seek support at their home schools as TSTs will be onsite the weeks of June 1st and 8th.  

HCPS Summer Academy offers students in elementary, middle, and high school a unique learning experience designed to spark curiosity, strengthen skills, and support academic success. From credit recovery, targeted remediation, or hands-on career exploration, Summer Academy provides meaningful pathways for growth.

For the 2026 session, Summer Academy will operate across 27 HCPS locations: six elementary schools (plus 2 elementary Extended School Year/ESY programs), eight middle schools, six high schools, three ACE centers, 1 ESL Newcomers Academy, along with online summer instruction for Henrico Virtual Academy students.
