December 1-3, 2026	Non-HCPS Specialty Center Testing at CO (12/9 and 12/16 if needed) Reading, Writing, and Math
December 4-11, 2026	HCPS Testing completed and submitted to specialty center directors All HCPS students will be tested at their middle school during the school day. (Reading assessment will be replaced by scores from Actively Learn)
November 14, 2026 to February 10, 2027	Scoring and evaluation of student applications
January 9, 2027	Entrance exam for Center for Spanish Language and Global Citizenship and auditions for the Center for the Arts
January 16, 2027	Inclement weather date for entrance exam for Center for Spanish Language & Global Citizenship, and auditions for the Center for the Arts
February 12, 2027	Application status available at 4:30 PM at henricoschools.schoolmint.com
February 19, 2027	Deadline for applicants to declare intent or accept waitlist offers online at 11:59PM.
