The online application and all center projects must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. All project submissions should be completed through Schoology’s “8th Grade Project Links.” There you will see folders for each center containing required assignments, if applicable. To be considered, both the application and any required projects must be submitted by the deadline.

Auditions for the Henrico Center for the Arts will be held at Henrico High School. The inclement weather date is Jan. 20, 2024.  Students choose their audition session and time in the application.

The entrance exam for the Center for Spanish Language and Global Citizenship is scheduled for 9 a.m. at J.R. Tucker High School. The makeup date for inclement weather is Saturday Jan. 20, 2024.

The deadline for applicants to declare their intent or accept waitlist offers online is 11:59 p.m. Students may accept one center and one waitlist center, or students may accept two waitlist offers if they did not receive an offer.

All students offered a spot from the waitlist must inform the specialty center chair of their intent to accept an offer of admission by 4:30 p.m.
