September 23, 2025	Bridge Builders Virtual Information Session: Join us from 6:00–7:00 PM for a virtual overview of the Specialty Centers available to our students. The presentation will be offered in both English and Spanish.

December 2-4, 2025	Non-HCPS Specialty Center Testing at CO (12/10 and 12/17 if needed) Reading, Writing, and Math
December 4-12, 2025	HCPS Testing completed and submitted to specialty center directors All HCPS students will be tested at their middle school during the school day. (Reading assessment will be replaced by scores from Actively Learn)
December 2, 2025 to February 10, 2026	Scoring and evaluation of student applications
January 10, 2026	Entrance exam for Center for Spanish Language and Global Citizenship and auditions for the Center for the Arts
January 17, 2026	Inclement weather date for entrance exam for Center for Spanish Language & Global Citizenship, and auditions for the Center for the Arts
February 13, 2026	Application status available at 4:30 PM at henricoschools.schoolmint.com February 18 - February 27, 2026 (optional on-campus experience)
February 27, 2026	Deadline for applicants to declare intent or accept waitlist offers online at 11:59PM.
