Purchasing and Delivery Services

Purchasing and Delivery Services, formally known as the General Services Department, assists HCPS departments with their purchasing needs. We help to ensure that departments and schools are following proper procedures, using contracts and completing small procurements. We also deliver all mail to individual HCPS schools, annexes and additional buildings.
