Read all of the directions on the application before starting. Parents of students who are not currently enrolled in HCPS do not utilize the Parent Portal.  Parents of non-HCPS applicants give permission for their children to apply to the specialty center program by signing the non-HCPS application available for downloading and printing on Oct. 2, 2023. 

The application window opens October 2 and closes November 20.
