CALLING ALL SCIENCE INVESTIGATORS! 🐠 🌳 On Wednesday the 4th grade classes explored the wildlife and plant life at Presquile Island! We took a nature hike to look at native and invasive species, listened for bird calls, and looked for natural wildlife. We got to ride in a boat on the James River and catch some fish. We talked about the biodiversity in the water and how it indicates we have a clean river. We
learned our drinking water comes from the James River and how to keep it clean for the wildlife, plant life and US! Remember to pick up your trash at Johnson and in our community!
