Engage with a third-party expert to examine facilities and determine a course for either replacement or renovation, and communicate to the public a plan for ensuring equitable capital improvement planning for facilities across the county.

Evidence 2020 – 2021
HCPS has partnered with Stantec to determine if replacement or renovation is the best option for 12 buildings. Information about these 12 schools has been communicated via CIP Presentations and the 2021-2022 Building Assessment Project. 4 of the 12 identified schools will be part of the 2022 Bond Referendum.
