We are 8 1/2 days from the last day of school on Friday, May 30th at 12:15pm. These last days are PACKED!
Now that ALL Falcons are done with SOL testing, they will be completing performance task, projects and final assessments. This week, all grade levels will have field trips to various venues around town as well as our Spring Band and Strings Concerts on Wednesday, May 21st. Band will be at FMS and Strings will be at Henrico High School.
This is a reminder that students will begin to turn in laptops and chargers. Students will be assessed fees for lost computers and/or chargers. There has also been an increase in a particular student TikTok challenge, where students are placing mechanical pencils inside the port on the computer, causing them to catch fire. Students involved in this challenge, will receive stern consequences and will incur damage charges.
Lastly, PLEASE remind your Falcon that the Code of Student Conduct is still in place. Students should be arriving to all classes on time, not hanging in the restrooms, horseplaying or displaying any behaviors that will impede them attending end of the year activities or finishing the school year!
